P. Daniel Lynch, CFP, CLU, ChFC entered the financial services industry in 1987 and became a mutual funds representative in 1995. He joined the original business, L&A Financial (founded in 1987 as a family business), because the team's values aligned well with his own.
Dan's problem-solving skills enable him to enjoy developing financial plans for individuals willing to be open to a full disclosure of their goals, objectives, and current status. He feels particularly rewarded when an individual seeks advice and is willing to take the time to understand and commit to their own success.

Dan has served as a member on charitable boards, the Hamilton Allstar Jazz Band, and Grimsby Amateur Baseball Association, and taught Financial Planning at Niagara College.
Dan's 37 year marriage, two children and three grandchildren provide opportunities for him to enjoy his hobbies: golfing skiing, fishing, and woodworking.

He started in the Financial Planning industry at London Life in 2013 after working in various accounting and finance positions in the manufacturing industry, including: Manger of Estimating and Pricing Analysis, Controller/Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst.
Leo provides financial and tax advice, wealth and insurance strategies, and portfolio management to clients who are seeking guidance in navigating their financial world. Listening to clients wants/needs and developing strategies to achieve them in the most cost effective/tax efficient way possible is his passion.
Leo enjoys working with clients who appreciate the value of a Financial Advisor and are committed to taking prudent steps to achieve their goals and protect their families from financial hardships. He welcomes the challenge of assisting clients who are preparing to retire and need to incorporate their RRSP and Group Defined Contribution plan investments into a comprehensive tax efficient retirement income strategy. Leo and his wife Tatjana and their two children, Alec & Eve, live in Binbrook where they thrive on camping and other outdoor activities. Golf and cooking are two of Leo's favourite challenges.

Shane Hellowell, B.COMM (HONS) entered the financial services industry in 2016 and brings experience in operations, most recently as a Senior Operations Officer.
Shane has a background education in business with a focus in finance and economics at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. Working with institutional clients for years, he is excited to bring the same proactive attitude, driven nature, and client-focused approach to ‘Your Planners’ to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Outside of the workplace, Shane focuses his energy on hockey, basketball, golf, and skiing.
Kassandra graduated from Sir Winston Churchill High School and has since completed Writing for Publication at Mohawk College, where she specialized in writing novels and short stories.
Kassandra is excited to join the Your Planners team. She brings enthusiasm and enjoys creating standards that help achieve efficient and high-quality outcomes. As Scheduler, Kassandra looks forward to speaking with every one of our Your Planners’ clients to ensure regular meetings are held with their advisor to achieve their goals.
Kassandra and her husband live in Hamilton, Ontario and have three children ages 9, 6, & 4. She enjoys reading, cooking, adult colouring, and hiking with her family, including three large dogs. Kassandra has also published one novel and one collection of short stories.
